It was purchased to create an outdoor recreation area but also to benefit the plants and animals in the area. Within the Skrylle nature reserve west of the road, dogs are allowed to be loose but under supervision and good control. Respect other visitors and make sure that the dog does not scare or drive game. This applies especially during the period 1 March - 20 August. In most surrounding nature reserves, dogs must always be kept on a leash. <a href=\"https:\/\/skrylle.se\/en\/hund\/\">Read more about dogs in Skrylle.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Only cycle on marked cycle paths and marked mountain bike trails. Off-road cycling and nature trails are not permitted. <a href=\"https:\/\/skrylle.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Skylle_oversiktskarta.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">See overview map.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>It is permitted to camp for one night within Skrylle Nature Reserve, but not in the neighboring reserves. We recommend that you camp at Skrylleg\u00e5rden&#039;s wind shelter, where there are barbecue areas. <a href=\"https:\/\/skrylle.se\/en\/talta-och-overnatta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read more about camping and overnight stays.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>To organize competitions or other events, you must first have received permission from the nature conservation manager. <a href=\"https:\/\/skrylle.se\/en\/bra-att-veta\/arrangera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read more about arrangements.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Only ride on marked bridle paths. Horseback riding is also permitted on certain marked forest paths. <a href=\"https:\/\/skrylle.se\/en\/rida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read more about horseback riding.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>It is permitted to pick plants, berries and mushrooms that are not protected. Please remember that this must be done with respect for nature.<\/li>\n<li>Do not damage nature.
