The Ulastigen trail is an approximately 4 km long loop that starts with a wooden portal at the heating cabin. The trail goes through beech forest, over Skrölle backar's fäladsmark (pasture land with sheep), through magical spruce forest with moss-covered rocks, alder bogs and rocky areas with pine forest. Sturdy shoes are recommended and in places it can be both wet and muddy. The trail is suitable for hiking at a leisurely pace. In addition to signs, the trail is marked with white paint markings.
