Nature play

In a small clearing ten minutes' walk from Skryllegården, the stump men welcome you to nature play. 

Nature Play is no ordinary playground – here the children play on nature's terms. There are rocks, stumps and logs to jump on, balance on but also to fall from. Keep the children under supervision so that accidents don't happen.

There is a barbecue area at the nature play area. It does not need to be booked, we can all get together here. Bring something to grill and some wood or charcoal. A short distance away there is a bajamaja.

The nature play area closest to the barbecue area is for the youngest children. Here, preschool-aged children can jump on stumps and logs. The stretched rope and logs in the forest train their sense of balance.

Intertwined juniper sticks, collected from the juniper groves of Måryd, are an exciting tunnel for children. Try sliding down a different slide that is a bit more challenging than the one found on the usual playground.

Below the slope, the adventure gets bigger and is suitable for older children. Try the long, lovely cable car that tickles your stomach, climb up to the platform in the trees and ride down the ”fire pole”.
