Mountain bike
Experience Skrylle's forests from the saddle! On winding paths, over roots and rocks, the mountain bike trail takes you through both coniferous and deciduous forests. The trail is approximately 11 kilometers long and is classified as medium difficulty, with some more challenging sections for those looking for an extra pulse.
About the track
- Length: approx. 11 km (shorter option 8 km)

Markings and signage
Follow the pink markings and green signs with MTB symbols. Where the trail divides into easier and more difficult options, it is clearly marked.
Terrain and rules
The trail offers rocky and messy sections with some obstacles, such as stone fences, but few meters of elevation gain.
Within the nature reserve, cycling is only permitted on marked MTB trails and marked cycle and gravel roads. Cycling on running tracks and other paths is not permitted.
Be considerate of other visitors – give way to walkers and runners when crossing the trails. Some sections have mixed traffic, so slow down and make yourself known in good time.
Parking
There are several parking options adjacent to the track, including at Skryllegården and Dalbybadet.
