Shower and sauna

After a workout or a walk on the trail, you can enjoy a nice shower and some time in the warmth. There are showers, changing rooms and a wood-fired sauna.

Shower and changing room

Directly adjacent to the track center and reception you will find changing rooms equipped with:

• Shower and toilet
• Lockable lockers for storage (bring your own padlock or purchase one at reception)

Opening hours: 06:00–22:00

Price: 20 kronor

You can easily pay at the reception. If you want to conveniently handle the payment yourself, there is also a QR code and Swish number outside the entrance door. For your safety, we recommend that you leave valuables at home.

Wood-fired sauna

The wood-fired sauna has its own entrance next to the building with changing rooms and showers. There is a changing room, toilet and the sauna itself, which is always heated during opening hours.

To ensure the sauna does not feel cramped, we recommend a maximum of 6 people at a time. There are safes for your valuables, but no lockers.

Price: 40 kronor

Rent the sauna privately
Do you and your group want to enjoy the sauna in peace and quiet? You can rent it for your own sauna session, even outside regular opening hours. It costs 300 kronor for 3 hours.
