Discover the mushroom kingdom

On Sunday, Mushroom Day is celebrated all over the country. In anticipation of this, Naturum Skrylle has just opened a completely unique and playful exhibition that gives visitors a completely new perspective on the gold (and poisons) of the forest.

The exhibition combines humorous booths, created by local illustrator Maria Nilsson Fidler, with giant macro photos taken by Benjamin Hasselberg. Here, mushrooms are depicted in unexpected situations, and the visitor gets answers to questions such as: Are there really zombie mushrooms in Sweden? SEE POSTER!

We warmly invite you to visit the exhibition, photograph the unique works and talk to the artists.

The weekend's program in brief:

Saturday 5/9 at 1:00 PM–1:30 PM:
Lecture with nature guide Benjamin Hasselberg who is also involved in the photo exhibition at Naturum. What do mushrooms do? What is the situation with poisonous mushrooms in Sweden? And are there really zombie mushrooms in Sweden?

Sunday 6/9 – Mushroom Day, drop in 12.00-15.00
Mushroom consultant Helena Lindgren (Stolta Fjellan) is on site for advice and book recommendations.
